Print orders up to A3 and originals are shipped within 5 working days from the time of purchase. Prints sized A2 and larger are produced on request, please allow an additional 5 working days so they can be printed. If you require your order by a specific date, feel free to message me before purchasing.
Shipping prices: NZ/AU flat rate of $7.00 per order REST OF WORLD flat rate of $30.00 per order

Delivery timeframes are based on NZ Post guidelines and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy seasons or customs delays.
Delivery timesPackaging & Sizing NotesRegular prints (A4–A2) are sent flat-packed with sturdy backing and protective wrapping.
Larger works (A1–A0) are shipped rolled in heavy-duty tubes for safety and ease of transport.
Some countries may charge import duties or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs & DutiesdamagesIf you need to make a damage claim, please notify me at jess@raeleeart.com with your order number, client name and photographic evidence.
I do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, so choose wisely. Unless your item arrives damaged, there is no option for a refund, exchange or store credit.
