The inspiration for this one comes from a picture I took at the Botanic Gardens here in Christchurch. Dahlias are one of my favourite flowers and I love the dimension that they bring to this painting.
Size is 40.6 cm wide by 50.8 cm tall. Medium is acrylic on canvas finished with a gloss varnish. Canvas is unframed.
